The GED test is made of all multiple-choice questions and will have four different subjects. The four subjects that you will be tested on are math, English, science, and social studies. The total test time is 7 hours and 11 minutes, each section will have a certain amount of time to complete it. The math section is 115 minutes, English is 150 minutes, science is 90 minutes and social studies is also 90 minutes. There will be 10-minute breaks after each section for you to rest or grab a snack.
